We suggest two primary areas of Madrid for your accomodations during the tournament:
- Near or in Madrid’s historic city center
- Near the playing venue: Sport Center “Ciudad de la Raqueta”
Madrid’s Historic City Center:
To enjoy your visit to Madrid, we suggest that you search for lodging in the center of Madrid within walking distance of “Neptune Plaza” and the “Prado Museum”. That area is not only one of the nicest locations in the city, but it’s also the location of our shuttle service which we’ll be providing to and from the venue each day. Madrid is a wonderful city to explore. The city center is very pedestrian-friendly and is great for strolling around and site seeing, full of history and lots to see and do, from the Royal Palace to the Bullring to the Real Madrid Football (Soccer) Stadium.
Near the Playing Venue:
If you prefer to stay close to the playing venue, there are three hotels we recommend below. They are all just a short drive to the playing venue, and some of them offer free transportation to and from the venue.
USEFUL SEARCH ENGINES FOR LODGING IN MADRID
Madrid is a large city with a large historic center. Therefore, we recommend you stay in the area called “Cortes”, which is walking distance to the Prado Museum and Neptune Plaza, which is the stop for the daily shuttle service to and from the playing venue Club “Ciudad de la Raqueta”.
